I’m so overwhelmed with joy. Just bought an older home. You know the one……2-prong outlets, wall switches that turn outlets on and off, no overhead lighting in bedrooms, etc. I had all my outlets upgraded to GFCI, wall switches in bedrooms now operate the new overhead lighting, and new can lighting in my living room and kitchen. I couldn’t be more pleased. The guys were great too. Very professional and pleasant. And I think they left my house cleaner than it was before they started. 😁. Thanks Rios & Burke

Tyler came by within the hour, found the problem and fixed it. He even went out of his way to diagnose and fix another minor issue at no cost. Excellent value, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Tyler was quick to respond and provide competitive pricing. Donald and Wilson relocated a ceiling fan for us and installed two new ones. They were all friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up when they left and didn’t leave anything behind. We were very happy with them and will hire them again. We have already referred them to three friends!

Great job by Donald and Wilson. They were really professional and friendly, ready to take extra effort to get the job done right. Very happy to see the EV charger installed with dedicated wiring from main panel to garage through crawl space. Was not easy, but they made it look easy. Great job.

Everything turned out perfect — the lighting makes such a difference, and his work was clean, professional, and efficient. We had someone wire our shed and it stopped working. When we tried to get it fixed by the person, he stopped responding to us. Tyler to the rescue! Tyler was amazing! He squeezed us in and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He had the supplies to fix the problem on his truck and was able to fix it on the spot. His prices were great. He was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. I highly, highly recommend Rios and Burke! They are the best!!!

The installers were great and did awesome work getting my charger hardwired and on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Couldn't ask for better service and work. I found this company thru SMUD website. Don, the electrician, was very quick in responding quote and questions and also easy to communicate. I wanted to install EV charger with SMUD rebates. It went well. Work took less than three hours plus city inspection. Overall I would recommend this company for EV charger installation.

Honest to God, fantastic work! My husband and I were very happy with this entire process. They dealt with all the permits and made sure everything was up to code and we passed inspection no problem. They also had connections for people to do the stucco on our garage after the project and it all looks amazing. They even reseeded the grass where they had to dig.

Donald and Tyler resolved my electrical issue and were very thorough by explaining the game plan since the problem was a bit of a puzzle that needed to be solved. I can highly recommend them. I am having them come back for another project as liked their work. Went beyond just doing one thing when they found other potential problems. Thumbs up to them.
